The manager of our Keene, NH store is looking for some feedback on how he and his team can make your experience in the store even better.
Curbside Pick-up Only
As of Friday March 26th, in an effort to comply with “contactless transactions” as directed by the governors of VT and NH, the Keene and Brattleboro stores will begin doing curbside pick-up only.
How, you ask?
1.Call your store before leaving home between 10am and 5pm because we will be assigning pick up times. Keene (603) 352-9200, Brattleboro (802) 257-3700. Please be patient. We anticipate a large volume of calls so if we don’t answer, please hang up, wait a few, and try again. It may take a few tries, so we’ll apologize in advance. Calling from the parking lot won’t speed the process up as we’ll be filling orders on a first come, first serve basis. 2.Place your order. Please be as specific as possible, as that will increase the accuracy as well as speed the process along. 3.We will ask for a Credit / Debit Card to pay for the order (we will attach the receipt to your purchase and then destroy your CC info). We will not be able to accept cash or checks, since that would not be truly contactless. We are also temporarily suspending the use of the One Stop Coupons, for the same reason. And before you ask, yes, we WILL honor them once this has all settled down, so PLEASE HANG ON TO THEM! 4.We will assign you a pick up time to help maintain social distancing at the door. You can choose to have your order left in the foyer (in Keene) or outside the door at either location. If you are unable to get out of your vehicle or can not lift your order, we will carry it to your car for you. 5.Also, as we said on Wednesday, for the safety of all involved, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
We truly appreciate your support as we work through this situation. We thank-you all for shopping local, for your jokes and comments that make us smile, but most especially for your patience as we all adjust and learn how to make this all work.
Finally, we are a community! We will get through this! We will be better for this. Check on your neighbors. Hug your loved ones. Take care of each other. Then, go thank a first responder, a nurse, or a doctor. They are on the front line.

Our online store is up and running! Both the Brattleboro and Keene stores are open and ready to go! Our Berlin location is still a work in progress because of the staffing issues. We are starting with a limited selection of items but we will be adding new items as we go along! Simply click here for the online store for in store pick-up, just choose the store that you would like to visit to pick up your order.
We have also begun limited home delivery within 20 miles of the stores. Delivery is free with a minimum order of $30 and only $5 if your order is less than $30. Delivery will be done on Tuesdays and Thursdays out of our Keene store and Wednesdays and Fridays out of Brattleboro. Please, note that for Home Delivery, all eligible Vermont customers as well as Chesterfield, NH and Hinsdale, NH customers should shop through our Brattleboro store. All eligible New Hampshire Customers (except for Chesterfield and Hinsdale residents) should shop our Keene location. These will be contactless deliveries. We will leave your order on your front porch or someplace out of the weather.
As usual, we are asking for your understanding as this is literally “New Technology” for us, and I have no doubt that there will be some bumps in the road.
